I met this company in the 90's at a fitness conference. I have used other companies thereafter and have consistently found comfort and ease with Perform Better.

A shipping charge of $9.95 to ship one exercise band/tube is exorbitant, in my opinion. The product probably weighs about a pound, and charging a nearly $10.00 shipping charge is unreasonably costly.

I have ordered products a few times, never any hassels always what I ordered. The items always showed up in the time frame given at checkout.
