I like your company and products. We have been ordering from Perform Better for almost 4 years. Site could use a home button so you could look through other products offered. Also the shopping cart button was not working. I had to add an item I didn't want just to get back to cart, then delete it.

Done business w/Perform Better for years and never a problem. Have gone out of their way to help me ship items to various addresses and czalled promptly with follow-up details.

The website is trash from 1997 I like you guys and your products, but it took me nearly 20 minutes to check out. For the modern day, that is ridiculous. It should have taken less than 3. I can't imagine how many sales you guys have lost over cheaping out on your website, but its definitely more than 0
