I use the minibands with all my athletes

All was good except the very annoying chat pop-up. It wouldn't completely disappear when I hit the minus (-) sign to get rid of it. It actually blocked some of the info I was looking at. It popped up a second time. No need for pop-ups. Just have a spot for someone to click on if they want a live chat!!

Your shipping costs are outrageous. If i could find this product any other place i would purchase it there solely because of your high shipping rates. I only bought it now because it is on sale and with that I still hesitated to purchase the Y-balance kit. Shipping costs are what keep me from ordering from you on a more regular basis for my Athletic Training Room.
