I think you have great products but there are two areas I think you need to review: your shipping charge policy and lack of discounts to repeat customers. When I purchase small things like mini bands that weigh almost nothing the lowest freight charge I get is $7.95 for a mailed padded envelope. On a $16 item it's ridiculous. And I almost never get a discount coupon even though I have purchased thousands of dollars of equipment for my gym over the past year and a half. There have been times when I have purchased from other companies that have a slightly higher price because their freight is free or they have given me a discount so my overall cost is lower. You are losing sales!

Great products! I have made several orders. The orders have arrived at my house within a couple of days and I am very happy with everything I have ordered!

This review is just a reflection of my disappointment at the ground shipping cost. It was the same amount as the product... so I went from buying a $10 product to paying $20 just to receive it. Seems a bit high to me... but I’ve heard AWESOME things about this site and their gear that I’m hoping it’s worth it and was willing to give it a try. So that shows you they definitely have a good reputation!
