I ordered a gift certificate online thinking it would arrive immediately for a friend’s birthday, but several hours went by and I did not receive it. When I emailed several hours later they said it would arrive via email by end of day. It did not arrive, then it was the weekend, so I followed up on Monday and was told it would be sent by Monday night but I did not receive anything. So I called on Tuesday and it just finally was sent to me. All of my information was correct and I was receiving all other emails from PB at the time. I would not have ordered this gift certificate at all if I knew it would take 5 days to arrive.

There should be a professional discount that is automatic through the website orders for professionals ordering larger quantity of items. Calling or sending an email is an extra time consuming step.
