online ordering is a bear! took forever and only after trying out the 3rd internet browser did it work. Had to put in my order 3 separate times as it was stalled two other times for no reason at all. You guys have to upgrade your POS website. It's aweful!

I love the brand but hate that when I need to order one small item the shipping is outrageous. $10 for shipping 10 lightweight bands is a bit extreme.
