Website purchase process is clunky, pay pal option doesn’t work— seems to go into an endless loop. For a small item, shipping costs as much as the item - no less expensive, slower option offered. Amazon will eat your lunch. Used you at request of my spouse. Jury is out on the quality of the item and timely delivery.

your checkout page doesn't work properly. I chose paypal for payment , when I pressed the confirm order, it brought me back the payment page 4 times.

Items purchased did not appear during the ordering process. It was only after confirmation that I was able to see what I had purchased.

I ordered a product 4 days ago and have not yet received a shipping confirmation. I also can't check the status of the order since I checked out as a guest. Plus, I'm not sure why I'm being charged tax since they're located in RI. Not to mention the $10 shipping.
