The website is very difficult to use on a mobile phone, forcing me to place my order on my desktop computer, which is far less convenient for me.

Hi Murad, Thank you for contacting us. We appreciate the feedback and I understand your frustration about the website performance. We’ve recently had some great reviews on the ordering process so I'm not sure what is causing the issue. I did some digging around and found out that this is sometimes cause by browsers ( i.e. Chrome, Safari, Firefox, etc.) Any kind of browser maintenance or updates can slow down websites for a short period of time. To help with this, you may want to try clearing your browsing data. That usually does the trick. Anyway, if this ever happens again, please don't hesitate to call me directly and I'll be happy to help put through your order.
