Duncan was helpful with helping me to process my order. Can’t wait to get it!

Your website was easy to follow... It was a great shopping experience.

The only bad thing I can say is that I can't remember my password.

Shopping was a bit confusing given that wh n you add to the cart, there is more that one button to get back to shopping. Otherwise, purchase and registration was easy.

Easy website to purchase from & great prices!!

great site. Quick and easy

Website was a bit buggy. Almost submitted twice. I checked my email and got a confirmation letter so I decided not to submit again since it seems to have went through. That would’ve charged me twice. Also it was unclear what counted as a large package and why I was charged that extra shipping cost. Also search wasn’t very helpful. I’d type in dumbbells and only the non wrapped dumbbells would appear when I was searching for the wrapped ones. Also the cookies banner sucks on mobile. I can’t type very well in this text box unless I dismiss it. Overall. I hope your products and shipping goes well. No other issues other than that.

Love your products and they are reliable and quality. Completely trust this company.
