I ordered online. Very responsive costumer service, fast shipping, and decently priced products. One of the weight plates I ordered from them had a minor defect(some rubber was chipped off of it), but it still does its job and the rest of the plates came in perfect condition so I'll let it slide.

I’ve always had good experiences with Perform Better. I’ve already ordered kettlebells twice before from two other companies during quarantine thinking I would get them soon because they said ‘available’. However, both orders were cancelled due to being out of stock. I ordered with Perform Better this time around because they’re upfront about their inventory being out of stock and I like the option to order and wait so I can put it out of my mind.
