Ordering was easy. Chat said if I ordered today I will receive the item (a roller) early next week. Hope that date will be met. Looking forward to exercising with roller.

Duncan was very helpful and provided 15% promo code. Thank you.

Very easy site to use! Great selection of products

Awesome products and fast delivery! I love Perform Better!

First time on the website, which was super easy to use. Ordered a urethane grip tricep press down bar. I received the order confirmation email immediately. Then I realized the other chrome tricep bar that I planned on purchasing elsewhere was also available on your site. I did an online chat with Jamie Harvie to be sure it was made out of the same material I wanted and it was quickly added to my already placed order. I received the revised order confirmation email within seconds. I could not be happier with the instant assistance I received from Jamie. It even qualified me for free shipping. Kudos for a great company and my new hero Jamie. Job well done.

The ordering experience went smoothly. I have had experience with your mini-bands at my trainer's facility and find them to be a fantastic purchase. Good quality and long lasting. Cannot wait to use these while at home doing Zoom workouts.

Great service from david as an online shopping resource on the website. Prompt emails with tracking, having contacts listed in my confirmation email and your whole team taking personal accountability....very well done love the brand and how you do biz!
