Great experience. They have extremely fast shipping too

easy process

It was good to know what was available and was easy to get everything I wanted. I wish there was an explanation about the differences in the UPS Ground shipping options. The price Differences were significant so it would have helped to understand why.

Purposely waited to review until I got my shipping number. Filled my order quick and received several emails with updates throughout. Can't wait for my hear.

The PB team was super useful for n answering all of my questions before making a purchase.

Your customer service is outstanding and I will always order from your company. You have everything that’s needed to outfit a quality home gym and the products are of excellent quality. Thanks for all your help in my athletic endeavors.

The customer service rep was awesome! He checked the inventory and made sure the equipment was in stock, he also went over shipping options as I know logistics have been challenged since the COVID-19 pandemic. Excellent customer service! Give that man a RAISE!

While not the world's slickest site the PB site is functional and best of all in the COVID19 environment they are open and doing business which is commendable.
