I needed a few things, and was able to get them. The only problem I had was in ordering bands or tubing. If I didn't have the guidance from my trainer, I wouldn't have known which was right for me. I'm not sure how you could have provided guidance, but if you were able to, that would have been helpful.

My order was delivered with the correct merchandise. Fast delivery; only 3 days after ordering. I am very happy with my purchase.

Perform Better's customer service is like no other. I've been to their sponsored seminars and my husband through his company routinely shops with them. There really is nothing better.

Hi, the checkout process was a little long and tedious! Also, the shipping charges were a little unclear. On the item description it says a number, but apparently that is not the total shipping charge, just an extra charge for heavy items, but really wasn't so clear. Love your merchandise, can't wait for additional kettlebells to become available again!

Hi Deborah, I apologize for the confusion with shipping rates on our website. We appreciate your business! We'll be getting a big shipment of Kettlebells later this month and mid-August that should leave us with stock on all sizes. We hope to work with you again soon! Any questions on shipping in the future, just give us a call and we'll be happy to go over it. Sincerely, Tia Wilkinson Customer Service Rep. Perform Better 800-556-7464 ext 161 [email protected]

I was looking for one thing in particular and found it - in stock and at a reasonable price. I also found additional products to assist me in my personal training. I'm set to resume trainings now. Thank you.

I love all their products, the shipping this time was much faster than previous times. the reason for the star deduction was the price, if som prices were slightly lower, I would have ordered more
