Good, simple to order, free shipping, fair price for a higher-end brand

I happened to visit the site the day the 10# dumbbells I needed came back in stock, so placed an order immediately. They were delivered today -- 2 days later! -- and are just what I needed.

The on-line platform isn't quite as intuitive as I am used to especially in the shipping and billing section. Also, the free shipping on orders over $49 should be clearer that there is a weight limit to that - I purchased 3 sets of Dumbells (5, 10, 15) and thought shipping was free. It didn't bother me to pay for the weight (who would want to deliver that) it was more the expectation that it would be free). Having said that, I called customer service to ask a product questions and Steve was great so all in all good experience.

I went on to chat; asked 3 questions. They were answered quickly. I was first in que which was unusual for any company. Cannot beat that! Now, we’ll see how long for my product to be shipped. 😁 Aaand, it’s already been shipped! Excellent service!
