The first time I tried to complete my order, it said it did not go through because my cart was empty even though I had added my items to my cart and checked before putting in my payment information. The second time I attempted to complete my order, it went through just fine. However, I checked my email and found that I was charged twice. I received 2 different Order #s, but I only completed the order the second time. Got my money taken for an order I didn't place the first time. Frustrating.

Ordering from the perform better website was concise and straightforward. No confusing prompts.

Everything was really well organized and easy to find. There were a lot of different options and I found it easy to figure out what I needed/wanted. The only problem I would say that there isn't a large variety of price point options. I appreciate that Perform Better offers high quality materials, but having still good quality but potentially less expensive options for what they offer would be nice.

The two 25lb weight plates do not fit on my bar. The center circle is so large the clips won’t hold them. Good for basic exercises but I can’t insert them or use them for arm curls or benching.

Perform Better provided the Escape Deck 2.0 at a fair price whereas Amazon and Facebook marketplace were either sold out or offering it at twice the normal price. I wasn't sure which shipping rate to select when I placed my order but a customer service rep from MF Athletic followed up with me the very next day with the exact shipping rate of $88.95. It is high but that is to be expected since I live in Honolulu, HI. Overall, it was great to find an impressive niche site to buy fitness equipment from besides Amazon and if my order meets my expectations, Perform Better will have earned a new fan.
