I had to create a PayPal account simply to pay for my purchase. It refused to accept either of my debit cards and just made the process that much more difficult. Also, shipping was almost as expensive as the two things I was buying. If I didn't need them for school, I wouldn't have bought them

Was happy to find 10 and 12 lb dumbbells in stock. Service was professional, pricing was reasonable, and shipping was relatively quick. Very satisfied with purchase.

I thought I was going to receive free shipping because my order was greater than $49. That did not happen...I was charged 9.95. The offer was confusing. I was happy to see free shipping and then it did not apply. Why? Having received your response immediately about my issue, explaining that my order was under $49...I had mistakenly included the tax...you were most thoughtful in giving me free shipping as a kindness. Thank you so very much ! During these difficult times customer care truly makes a difference....thank you for your attention to caring for the customer, me!

Hi Joy, Thanks for contacting us. In order to receive free shipping, your subtotal must be $49 or more. Your subtotal is $44.85 which is why the shipping was not waived. As a courtesy, I went in and removed the $9.95 shipping fee for you. I will also send you a follow up email to confirm in case you miss this response. If you have any questions or concerns, please don't hesitate to contact me directly. Sincerely, Tia Wilkinson Customer Service Rep. Perform Better 800-556-7464 ext 161 [email protected]
