Ordering procedure was pretty smooth. The delivery was timely and everything included in the package. The weights are what my husband wanted, however he did find that with all twenty pounds in each ankle it made it difficult to wear while walking as they kept rubbing against each other. He is using them on wrist as he performs stationary exercises and on ankles for leg lifts. H is pleased overall and we recommend this company and product.

I found the exact band that I was looking for. I needed a replacement for one that broke after 2 years. Great band. I only took off one star because the shipping was expensive. Still, cheaper and easier than Amazon.
