Ordered exercise equipment. Instead of saying it was out of stock at time of order, the took the order, charged me and sent me an email the next day they are in back order. Who charges for a product that can’t be shipped?
Response from Perform BetterOct 9, 2020
Hi Herb, Thank you for contacting us. What you're seeing on your account is just a pre-authorization which is our bank communicating with yours to be sure the funds are available. That is necessary for the website to process your order. We don't actually withdraw any funds until the order ships so technically, you have not yet been charged. We do our best to send out any backorder notifications as quickly as possible which is typically within 24-48 hours. The item is due back into stock in about 2-3 weeks. If you'd like to keep it on order, we will get that out to you as soon as possible. If you prefer to cancel or would like to make any changes, please let me know. Sincerely, Tia Wilkinson MF Athletic/Perform Better 800-556-7464 ext 161 [email protected]
