Made an order for an "in stock" item only to receive an email stating it's out of stock until the end of the month. No one at customer service answers me.

Hi Jonathan, Thank you for reaching out. I'd like to apologize for the inconvenience of the item you ordered being out of stock. It is difficult to display stock availability on our website as some products are drop shipped from the manufacturer directly. This is something that we do take into consideration and hope to work on in the future! I will send you a follow up email so if there is anything I can help with, please let me know! Sincerely, Tia Wilkinson MF Athletic/Perform Better 800-556-7464 ext 161 [email protected]

Great products. Needed customer service chat because online order wouldn’t go through. Turned out that I missed 1 field in billing page but there was no such message down by Submit button. Suggest you add that alert at the bottom of the billing page to obviate need for scrolling a lot back up to search for issue.

It was difficult to place the order because at the point when I tried to log in my email was not recognized. I subsequently signed in as a guest. Also, I paid through Pay Pal. The first time I tried to pay that way I was taken to Pay Pal but to a page that did not include the order. eventually it worked. I guess that it would have been easier if I could have contacted you but I placed the order late at night. It finally worked but I wish it had been easier.

Great products, easy to use website, info was clear. I gave 4 stars because there were a few technical difficulties and i wasn’t sure if my order was processing but, really that was very minor. Looking forward to receiving my products.
