High level service

When I initially ordered my dumbbells, the items were out of stock. I am so impressed with Perform Better's customer service. I was contacted twice with info keeping me up to date regarding the out of stock items. Which by the way were delivered 7 days earlier than projected. Everything went off without a hitch. Will definitely recommend to others and will be ordering again.

Bobby did an excellent job of finding the link to the product I was looking for and provided it quickly.

If I could give Perform Better 10 stars I would! Through every step of the process I received stellar customer service. They had all the products I was looking for at a fair price, and it clearly stated on their website if something was out of stock/back order and when to expect it in. After my order, I got a quick confirmation, followed by associates reaching out in case I had any questions or concerns. Everything arrived so fast and in great condition. Can’t recommend them enough!!

While I have yet to receive my order (will be picking up from my local warehouse) the ordering was incredibly easy and Perform better has everything I am looking for to complete my home gym. I will definitely come back.
