I ordered a 24 lb body bar for my daughter. What arrived was an empty box. I both emailed and tried the ‘live’ chat yesterday. I’ve had no response. Terrible service. We’ve filed a claim with Fed Ex. I’ll initiate chargeback proceedings if I have to. Disappointing.

I have done purchased many products over the years, with no issues! Hoping that continues. The customer service reps are alway very helpful and kind.

When I first went to the website I was offered a ten percent off coupon if I gave my email address. When I checked my email address I didn't receive the coupon. I did the virtual chat and the lady was very accommodating and gave me the coupon code. She made my experience very pleasurable.
