You should display the PayPal logo. Only later did I find out PayPal was a choice under your drop-down box hidden by the term credit card. I would’ve preferred to pay with PayPal. But I already started entering the credit card. Also, the shipping is just too much $10 to send a rubber band to Massachusetts. But whatever.

Hi Jon, Thank you for the feedback. We do display PayPal as a payment method at the bottom of our homepage but I can understand that it can be easily missed. I will pass this along to our web team! Regarding shipping costs, our default shipping method is UPS and they charge a minimum of $9.95 no matter the weight and/or distance traveled. Please be assured that we continue to search for ways to enhance our shipping process making it better for our customers. In the meantime, if you have any questions, please contact me directly. Sincerely, Tia Wilkinson Customer Service Rep. Perform Better 800-556-7464 ext 161 [email protected]

I order an item that site said was IN STOCK. Received email next day that order was back ordered. What? This is 2021 live up to date inventory quantities should be reflected on the website. Makes me wonder about any of the reviews too. If you don't like surprises (like back orders when "in stock" is shown} order at your own risk. I will see if this actually makes the websites page.

Hi Michael, Thank you for reaching out. I'd like to apologize for the inconvenience of the item you ordered being out of stock. It is difficult to display stock availability on our website as some products are drop shipped from the manufacturer directly. For this reason, backorder notifications are sent out within 24 hours. This is something that we do take into consideration and hope to work on in the future! Sincerely, Tia Wilkinson MF Athletic/Perform Better 800-556-7464 ext 161 [email protected]
