I ordered 9 pairs of vinyl dumbbells. The order arrived quickly and all weights were in the shipment. However, the weights were packaged very poorly - every box had rips and holes and had been retaped. I had to inspect the shipment very carefully to make sure every dumbbell was undamaged. Perform Better - please package your heavy products better!

Placing the order was easy and the price was reasonable, but the FMS Toolkit is on backorder until May and I really need it to start practicing at work. It would be better to start practicing while everything is fresh from the course and certification, but I will have to wait 2 months :(

Update: Perform Better has come through again. Thank you for making this right. A disclosure statement might help avoid issues until backordered statues can be displayed. I recently ordered the FMS testing kit. There were no mentions of any items being back ordered. After purchase I then receive an email stating it’s back ordered for over 2 months! Please give your customers a heads up when items are not in stock.
