Hi Kathleen, We appreciate you ordering from us and also the feedback regarding your experience. It seems like most of the issues people are having deal with data clutter due to cookies and cache on Chrome, Safari, Firefox, etc. This either slows down websites or blocks certain pages. I would suggest clearing your browser data and see if that helps fix the issues moving forward.
