Wrong Equipment Arrived (small mistake but costs me money in the long run)
Ya'll are great... Except today my new pairs of dumbbells arrived--and they are the wrong ones. I ordered neoprene coated dumbbells and received vinyl coated dumbbells. As a gym owner I was really looking forward to having them for my clients and now I'll have to find time in my schedule to bring them back to the post office, ship them back, and then wait another week for the ones I paid for to arrive. Normally this kind of thing wouldn't bug me, but my schedule has been wildly busy lately and this return process will cost me time and money to complete. How can Perform Better make this better so I can trust purchasing equipment from ya'll in the future? Best, Coach Uhle 3.16.22 Update: The Perform Better Team reached out to me immediately and made everything 110% right. I am grateful for this level of customer service. To be clear, I have purchased hundreds of dollars worth of equipment from PB and this is the first time they have ever made a mistake. I love PB's equipment, content, and everything this company is about--and I will continue to love them for years to come! Thank you PB Team <3

Hi Mary. I apologize for the inconvenience. The site speed does fluctuate when there is a lot of traffic on our website. Also, it may help if you clear your cache/cookies on your own browser.
