I’ve used Perform Better for many years. Never had a problem with their customer service or anything, they’re awesome. It’s just getting harder and harder paying for shipping to Hawaii. And there’s a surcharge as well. That’s the only down side, I wish I could qualify for free shipping or get a cheaper cost. I pay about $25+ just for shipping alone. Might have to look on Amazon for another cheaper alternative.

Using the website was easy. The Hip Circle is good. However charging $9.95 for shipping something that could have been sent in an envelope is beyond!!
