I ordered a set of the mini bands. I use them in physical therapy and wanted to have a set at home. The ordering process was easy. I had questions and was able to get them answered quickly through the on line chat option. The bands arrived within 3 days.

Appreciate the sale, but wouldn’t have shopped otherwise. I do appreciate the honest and transparent “heads up” regarding the temporary surcharge, but $10 shipping is a turnoff for items that are extremely lightweight.

Great Quality equipment that's long lasting. Their equipment is a great base builder for many workouts before getting into lifting heavy!

It was a "5 star"experience until my shipping charge quadrupled when I added a final item that was neither big nor heavy as a gift for my wife. The huge shipping up-charge clawed back the "on sale" price reduction that had motivated me to buy the item (a TRX Suspension Trainer). So I'll buy it elsewhere, but my esteem for Perform Better just slid down a way.
