Ordered a mat and paid $700 but it can in slightly damaged I emailed Shannon Foley asap with pics and she was more then understanding and accommodating..send a new one and keep old one..this is the type of customer service I am use to but haven’t seen it in years. you know have a customer for life and we will be ordering more products in JAN

I was trying to buy 5 medballs and ise my discount code and it would not apply it (GIFT15). Also it said they would charge $27 for shipping and when you go to check out it was $34. I was going to buy more items but will wait since it is obvious this order will not be right.

It's disappointing to see companies still adding surcharges for Covid and supply chain challenges. Put it in the price if you have to. Nobody is getting Covid salary increases.
