Ordered a set of 3V 4.6L Mustang long tube headers 12 days ago. Funds immediately deducted via debit card. Zero tracking provided, zero follow-up. Their customer support phone lines ring a constant busy signal, and their email tickets return generic automated delay stalls with no ship dates. Avoid this vendor—currently filing a merchant dispute through VyStar Credit Union for unfulfilled goods.

Extremely unprofessional, took numerous emails and phone calls to get anywhere with a return of the wrong part they sent. Charge a restocking fee for their mistake, Tony is EXTREMELY rude, told me the part was used when it was never installed, sent pictures in emails showing the parts were wrong, he says that doesn't prove anything and then was told to shut up and go away then he hung up. DO NOT USE THEM Update to their reply, Product was bought 9/4/26 and returned on 9/23/2026 far cry from the over day 90 days they say, the item bought was a Plug and Coil set for a 2017 ford f150 3.5 for $174.95 not the $400 they state, a coil pack was taken out of the package and compared to the coil pack removed from truck. It was too short, plug connection and bolt down hole was on wrong side, the package was returned with items in it intact and ready to resale. If items returned were as bad as they say then why would I get a refund of which since bad review has been left I have now received a FULL refund. I never cussed at Tony, I raised my voice when I said I shouldnt have pay a restock fee for wrong items sent. Tony then got angry and stated "shut up and go away". Their reply is full of lies which goes to show you their style of customer service. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!!!

My son ordered a cold air intake from these people for $180. They sent the wrong part and it did not fit his truck, so he asked for a RA. We then had to pay $60 to ship the part back and they are still refusing to refund him. They state the package arrived late and used. It was never used as it did not fit his truck. He talked to them before he ever paid $60 for return shipping and they said it was fine to go ahead and return but he would only receive a 65% refund. Now they are refusing to refund any money. Total SCAM artist!

They sent the item to a random address. When I called them they told me too bad. I could try to figure out if the package is there and try to find it 2 states away. They lied, yelled, cursed me out, and then hung up on me. I am reporting them to my bank for fraud to try to get a refund since with what he had to say, I'm not even sure if there was an item or package. I wish I would have read other's reviews before ordering. After seeing the seller's response, I felt the need to clarify that the seller is incredibly dishonest. I did not put the incorrect address in and I did not contact them to change the address the day after the order was placed as stated by the seller. In fact, I would have rather lost the $20 rerouting the package versus losing the ~$170 from never receiving anything at all, which is what's happening right now (working with my bank right now, however I'm unsure what the outcome will be on this ). After I checked and found that the package was marked as delivered but I never received anything. I contacted them for clarification and hoping to find a mutually acceptable resolution is when we had the incredibly unprofessional interaction. What the seller is claiming is completely false and doesn't make any sense. In addition, after I opened a claim with my bank and reported them to BBB they sent me an email threatening me and informing me they would call cold call my bank with false claims to cause me issues. Its bad enough I have ~$170 in limbo and may lose it, but I am tired of dealing with this rude, irrational, and dishonest company and I am tired of hearing from them in any form.

i put 2 stars for a previous review i left on their page about the exhaust i bought but they have to approve your review in order for it to be seen so now im here rewriting my review lol. i bought the "Exhaust Muffler Downpipe System for Subaru WRX & WRX STi (2002-2007) 2.0L 2.5L Engines" and the kit does not fit at all... the front hanger on downpipe doesnt line up to trans. i had to remove stock rear trans hanger because the pipe was hitting it and wouldnt allow it go up high enough for the flange to be flush on turbo, so ill have to make custom hangers for that. the downpipe goes at a hard angle towards drivers door and in order for the mid pipe to fit, the flex pipe(attached to downpipe) has to be bent at a hard angle so its going to end up failing within a month if that... i was only able to use the uppipe and downpipe i wasnt able to use the rest of the exhaust and there was a missing gasket that had to go buy separately. i called them about the missing gasket and they had me send them pictures of my order which i did and also wrote the same review as above.. i received an email regarding my review and out of my review of how the kit DOES NOT FIT FOR *%#! their only concern was about the gasket... i told them it didnt matter they were fixing the gasket situation they were still getting a bad review because the kit DOES NOT FIT WELL AT ALL. now i haven't received any response and i also haven't received the missing gasket...

I purchased a Lexus ignition and coil set on July 5. I Auto filled my info and realized after checking out that it was an old address inputted. I immediately contacted customer service not even 2mins later and told them that it’s being sent to the wrong address to either cancel or forward it to the proper address. No response. Called customer service no answer. Finally the next day after a hour plus on hold I explained what was goin on to this guy “Tony” and he repeatedly blames me for their lack of correspondence. After explaining to him, the package never arrived to my old address or my current address he says it’s your fault it’s your fault it’s your fault like a five-year-old child. Then says he doesn’t need my business anyway I have never been treated so rude by someone I spent money with. Never again avoid this company at all cost!!!

I’m being 100% honest do not buy one thing from this company. They have horrible customer service. They have multiple reviews on there about them welding the mass airflow sensor upside down and they keep shipping them out then when you call to try to resolve it, they get an attitude about it want you to take a picture of it and ask what’s wrong with it? Are you serious? Ridiculous ….if you buy anything from this company, you won’t be happy I promise you.

I just ordered a stage 3 performance module for my 2001 Gtp Pontiac. When I purchased this stage 3 module it gave me a confirmation number saying it’s gone txt me soon but it’s been 3-4 hrs and nothing yet, kinda just thinking it’s a scam atp and imma just contact my bank and get a refund. Email them called them no email back or txt.i also have proof to prove what I have to say also with screenshots!! So yea no NOT A FAKE REVIEW!!! Till they can send my stage 3 here I’ll post everyday ab how customer service is! Today is now may 7th did first review lastnight now today track has been emailed but no package from performancechiptuning has went out to usps yet! So yea reporting business to BBB and I don’t recommend this! It a total lie and it’s not no next day shipping it takes 3 weeks damnear a month!
