I want to start by saying the customer service here is amazing. Just a couple of days after getting my "Perfect Snug," I reached out to return it—not because I was unhappy with the mattress topper, but because I had just lost my job and couldn't justify the expense. The customer service representative who helped me was extremely empathetic and sweet. He let me know that I was well within the 30-day window to return it, but he also kindly offered to extend my return period in case my situation changed—or send me the return materials right away with no questions asked. decided to keep it for a bit longer, and sure enough, my circumstances improved and I was able to keep it permanently. It’s been a couple of years now, and I am still super happy with my purchase! Exceptional service and a wonderful product.
