Order contacts over a month ago still have not yet received received an email that said my contacts will not be sent out I will be taking legal action

Hey Davon, as we checked our records, you have mentioned reporting us without wanting hear any explanation why the orders were delayed during the Canada Post strike, hence your order was held and was not further processed. You were also informed via email regarding this. Based on your responses, we understood that you do not want to go ahead with your order since you are already taking a legal action. Furthermore, despite all this, your order was fully refunded and an email with refund confirmation has been sent to your registered email address. have a good day.
