Picked and shipped incorrect contact lenses reading prescription wrong. Ms,big me scan each box to return pay for shipping and then hopefully they will refund credit card.
Perfect lens read contact lens script incorrectly and sent me 14 of the same wrong script . Compsny charged credit card knowing they filled the wrong prescription stating it’s on the website. Ok. What a SCAM! I ordered 14 boxes, they want me to scan every box. All I Kindly want is a Refund please. According to customer service. “ Please kindly know that we do not carry + lenses. We only have ? negative PWR option of contact lenses strength on the website.” “ In the meantime, kindly send us the barcodes of each boxes you wish to return.” “ However, please kindly note that the return shipping fee will be at your expense.”
