Love this company. I've referred two people so far. The staff is very helpful and communicates well, but most importantly they get good results.

I get calls all the time trying to pitch me advertising for my business and they almost never actually work. I heard about Perfect Click from a youtube video and these guys are true professionals. The customer service people actually know what they are talking about and help you. The results have been better than anything I've used before. You definitely do have to stay on top of your phone once they get you set up because the calls start coming fast. If you're not ready for the extra phone calls you can end up wasting a lot of money, but as long as you can handle the business then I'd recommend them. Made about 3x what I spent so far. Definite game changer.

After conversation everything is resolved and I’m happy with all my questions being answered. Perfectclick help me understand what needed to be removed and now I’m a content with our resolve. Thank you.

These guys know their stuff. Started using Perfect Click after 6 months with another agency and the results are night and day different. Set up was quick and leads have been good so far.

Did not have a great experience with this company

Perfectclick.ai can generate leads, but my experience had issues, Mainly with customer service, communication, and billing. For context, I stopped using them because I generated more leads on my own using Facebook ads with a lower cost. While using perfectclick.ai I had $900/Month budget but I was charged over $1,000, even after I already cancelled, Which was In late May 2024! While trying to get details on why my budget was overspent their responses we're late and dismissive by my account manager and their customer service team. But when I did get a response from my account manager and their customer service team, they explained that Google PPC ads bills charges on the 1st of every month, and that would be the final charge. So, being charged on June 1st 2024 made sense, since I just cancelled in late May 2024. However, I was then charged once more by Google ads the next month on July 1st 2024. So, when I reached out again I was told to take it up with Google, because even though the campaign was under their management and should have been stopped after cancellation like the customer service team said It was, somehow it's Googles fault. While I did receive leads the massive amount of dollars I "made" is based on potential income of a $30,000 figure not actual completed work. Overall, my review reflects my full experience, not just one charge or situation. As it’s clear, my review was posted on June 2nd, 2024 — not July 1st — so some of the explanations given in their responses our inaccurate. I just expected better communication and transparency from PerfectClick.AI. If a company can’t accurately represent a customers experience and instead chooses to twist details, it raises serious concerns about how they handle other aspects of their service. To be fair, they did generate some leads, which is the only real positive from my experience. I also have proof of everything stated, and if they’d like me to provide it, they’re more than welcome to reach out! But based on everything I dealt with, I would only recommend them as a last resort.and I wish them the best in addressing concerns raised by other customers!

I recently had some issues with my Google Ad account where I had no calls from prospective customers for roughly 2 weeks! Eric from Perfect Click was not only responsive to my grave concerns, but he also got into grinding mode to make sure this issue was resolved in a timely manner. Not only that, but right after the ad calls returned, a disgruntled customer who dealt with another company, mistakenly posted a negative review on our company's Google Reviews Page which would have no doubt negatively impacted our score/rating. Even though this had nothing to do with Perfect Click, I told Eric about it, and instead of offering sympathies, he immediately sent a message to the Google Team, who subsequently deleted the review. I am extremely satisfied with Eric and the Team at Perfect Click and would (and have been) refer them to anyone looking to grow their business!!
