Jorge's is unfortunately being very dishonest in his review. Jorge started service at the beginning of July 2026. Shortly after starting service, his payment got declined and his account was suspended as a result. Jorge continued to refuse to pay for the work already completed. He claimed that he never meant to sign up, so a support rep reviewed Jorge's original call with him and showed Jorge where he clearly said he was excited to get started. Jorge also acknowledged the amount he would pay and start date of service. You can listen to the call yourself here: https://www.PerfectClick.ai/documents/jorge_chacon.mov
Jorge continued to lie and say he never agreed to be charged despite the clear evidence linked above. We try to help clients who have honest issues, but Jorge was rude and kept lying, so he was ultimately sent to collections.

Update I need a Lawyer
Update I received a request on my google my page today through a calendar that was left on my page on purpose and it is requesting me to call them back so I can pay to receive this information I have asked now for over 2 years to take it off and no help was offered now I have proof.
So let me get this straight I hire you for leads the leads you then put a funnel page and an appointment calendar on my google page, I let you go because your leads suck and you never undo your funnel page you planted? I paid you for help your the technicians you want to send me a link which I tried to do and cannot for the life of me figure it out. This is why you guys suck and your ratings continue to drop. Instead of going in there yourselves and doing it you want me to undo your mess. Had the nerve to ask me today for $19.00 to give me a lease when it’s on my page 2 and half years. You’re a joke and now I have proof. You’re lucky I can’t put pictures up on this site but if anyone wants proof I have it. A bunch of crooks.

This person originally left a 5 star review describing how profitable PerfectClick was for their business and how happy they were with the customer service: https://www.youtube.com/shorts/sh2vX7dSWok
However, Daniel changed his review to be 1 star after he asked us to make edits to his own Google maps listing and we explained multiple times that we do not have access to his personal account to make those changes. In an effort to be kind and helpful, we emailed Daniel written instructions and links to YouTube videos showing him how to make edits to his own Google maps listing. He refused to follow the instructions and left a negative review instead. This review has nothing to do with the PerfectClick service. This person changed their review from very positive to one star because they refuse to accept the fact that we have no way to edit their Google business profile for them.

No results
I hired PerfectClick for my company paid over $1,000.00, and received no calls, no leads, and no results whatsoever.
This is completely unacceptable. No one contacted me, no campaign was explained, and I was not told I would be charged even if there was no performance. I feel misled and taken advantage of.
A professional company should be transparent from the beginning and deliver at least some value. I have requested an immediate cancellation and strongly do not recommend this service to anyone.

Bad experience
Did not have a great experience with this company
Response from PerfectclickAug 14, 2024
Michael maintained service for 2 months. During that time PerfectClick generated 38 phone calls and 31 new service requests by email for Michael's business. Michael answered fewer than half of the calls we sent his business and responded to only 20 of the 31 customers who emailed him. We explained to Michael that he needed to maintain a 90% or better answer rate on the leads we send in order to see best results. Michael was unsuccessful in his efforts to improve his response rate to customers.
If you're considering using PerfectClick, it is important to follow the "Tips for Success" we send to every customer. These tips outline best practices that will help you to maximize your results. Business owners who are slow to respond to customers, fail to answer a high percentage of calls, or charge substantially above market rate for their services are unlikely to see success from advertising.

Perfect Ai is a decent company to work…
Perfectclick.ai can generate leads, but my experience had issues, Mainly with customer service, communication, and billing.
For context, I stopped using them because I generated more leads on my own using Facebook ads with a lower cost. While using perfectclick.ai I had $900/Month budget but I was charged over $1,000, even after I already cancelled, Which was In late May 2024! While trying to get details on why my budget was overspent their responses we're late and dismissive by my account manager and their customer service team.
But when I did get a response from my account manager and their customer service team, they explained that Google PPC ads bills charges on the 1st of every month, and that would be the final charge. So, being charged on June 1st 2024 made sense, since I just cancelled in late May 2024. However, I was then charged once more by Google ads the next month on July 1st 2024.
So, when I reached out again I was told to take it up with Google, because even though the campaign was under their management and should have been stopped after cancellation like the customer service team said It was, somehow it's Googles fault.
While I did receive leads the massive amount of dollars I "made" is based on potential income of a $30,000 figure not actual completed work.
Overall, my review reflects my full experience, not just one charge or situation. As it’s clear, my review was posted on June 2nd, 2024 — not July 1st — so some of the explanations given in their responses our inaccurate. I just expected better communication and transparency from PerfectClick.AI.
If a company can’t accurately represent a customers experience and instead chooses to twist details, it raises serious concerns about how they handle other aspects of their service. To be fair, they did generate some leads, which is the only real positive from my experience.
I also have proof of everything stated, and if they’d like me to provide it, they’re more than welcome to reach out! But based on everything I dealt with, I would only recommend them as a last resort.and I wish them the best in addressing concerns raised by other customers!

Matt, thank you for your insightful review. For context, we were thrilled during Matt's month-end call with his account manager when he let us know that he quoted over $30,000 in business during just the first 4 weeks using our service! (While only spending about $1,000 on advertising)
Those are results most business owners could only dream about, but we understand some dreams can turn into nightmares—like the dreaded $9.48 charge from Google that led to Matt's 1 star review.
Matt owns a junk removal business in Delaware and some examples of the jobs he received in just his first few weeks were a full apartment clean out, deck removal, gazebo tear down and removal, mobile home demolition, 6 piece living room furniture removal, and more.
Despite receiving results that most clients would fantasize over, Matt decided to cancel his account because he wanted to try running his own Facebook ads. So we canceled his account for him and explained that any unpaid balance on his Google Ads account would be charged on the 1st day of the next month. On July 1st, 2024 (the date of Matt's 1 star review) Matt received a charge from Google for $9.48. This charge was the genesis for Matt's review.
Matt spent ~$1,000 in total, received far more leads than he was promised, did thousands of dollars in business (by his own admission), but decided to leave a 1 star review over a $9.48 charge from Google, which we even offered to refund even though the charge was legitimate.
All in all, we appreciate Matt giving us the ability to highlight the incredible results he received from our platform. And Matt, if you ever decide you'd like your $9.48 refunded, we'll still be happy to take care of that for you so you can sleep easy. Best of luck with those Facebook ads!

Perfect Click AI is a scam
Perfect Click AI is a scam. Stay away.
I repeatedly asked to be shown the work they are doing to improve my SEO, and they ignored every one of my emails.
I also asked for an invoice, which they never provided. Altogether, five of my emails went ignored.

PerfectClick does not offer SEO services. We generate leads through paid advertising. Unlike SEO, we are able to track exactly which leads come from our service and we guarantee our service will produce measurable results. It is not possible to know specifically which leads are the result of SEO changes, which is why we do not offer it as a service. This reviewer is confused.
