I am a frequent customer of Perfect Circuit and have accumulated rewards points through multiple purchases. However, I want to voice my dissatisfaction with the current rewards policy. After returning an item that did not meet expectations, I discovered that the rewards points used for the purchase are permanently lost and cannot be re-issued. This policy is highly penalizing to loyal customers who receive unsatisfactory gear.
