PerfectForms overall is a complete package with utilization of automation and implementation of an integrated environment requiring workflow management that can be used when creating an unlimited array of forms. Forms are fairly easy to create with little to no assistance needed. Their technical support team is phenomenal! It can be frustrating that you are unable to call in for support when you're in the middle of creating a form and hit a snag, but ultimately, once a ticket for support is submitted online, support is quick to assess the issue, troubleshoot, and provide resolution professionally and in a timely manner. Their follow through and follow-up is impeccable as they strive to make sure that the solution provided is satisfactory to the client.

Perfectforms has been a helpful form tool. It is easy to use and deploy. It has empowered end users to proactively maintain and create new electronic forms.

Been using Perfect Forms differently than just Forms, We've been using it as a manufacturing tool that helps our production dept log in and see how to build a job from start to finish. Perfect Forms allowed me to create work instructions with pictures and directions with ease, also was able to give me reports on how each job was doing. Creating custom pages and forms was essential for us, able to make it look like our logo templates was key. Great software, professional human and online tutorial support team, and easy online resource to deal with.

I looked at several different web form software before purchasing Perfectforms, and your product outshines the others by far. I think you have done a great job with the interface, tools, and capabilities. My company has also contracted with your company to design and build a number of complex custom forms and we have no complaints from anybody that has used them. My only wish is that the training and or help manual on creating my own forms was better.

We used PerfectForms to automate a slow and paper-intensive approval process while simultaneously enhancing data-retrieval and reporting. With PerfectForms we created a single point of data-entry, cutting labour. PerfectForms eliminates much of the follow-up required when working with half a dozen people on four different continents. The bonus: improved cash-flow!

Of all the process implementation tools we tested, Perfectforms has the best combination of form building features, powerful workflow and ease-of-use. With minimal resources, we can automate a simple process in a matter of hours!

As the title says, PerfectForms has developed a powerful workflow routing platform capable of handling everything from easy to complex business processes. We evaluated several competing solutions; none were as easy work with as PerfectForms. We have been using the on-demand solution since ~2012 and it has worked reliably, with one or two major bugs that were ultimately resolved by PerfectForms' support staff. Documentation, although detailed enough to get you started, doesn't cover some of the advanced setups we needed. We were able to figure things on our own or with the help of support. We plan to upgrade to the on-premise solution as it delivers greater flexibility than their hosted solution. Bottom line, good product, people and value. I recommend it!

I have been working with PerfectForms for about 3 years now and they are a great partner, not only a vendor. PerfectForms allows us to not only take our forms paperless, but also allows us to create process solutions. We push the limits on what we are capable of doing and PerfectForms support team helps us along the way. With issues that arise, PerfectForms helps us navigate the best solutions to ensure that our forms stay up and running. We have looked at other vendors, but none have given us the flexibility and custom personalization that other companies provide. Custom workflow capabilities allow us to take even our most complicated forms from paper to paperless. you are looking for a great product to take your forms paperless, this is it!
