I ordered over a week ago and still not…
After a delay in shipping was resolved the unit arrived complete and in good shape. Ultimately I would purchase another unit from them because of the great price.

We sincerely apologize for the delay with your order and for any frustration this may have caused. Due to some recent adjustments in our logistics operations, a few shipments have taken longer than expected to process. Please know that we are actively working to get your order shipped as soon as possible.

The AUX 12,000 BTU Heat/Cold 25 SEER…
The AUX 12,000 BTU Heat/Cold 25 SEER R-32 110 volt mini-split works fine but the wiring harness from the inside wall unit to the outside unit was 3’ too short. We had to extend the harness by three feet. When I went back to store there is, of course, a communication issue - no one speaks English and they had no solution. I had to go buy 12’ of 14 guage wire to extend the harness. I have photos, but there is no way to upload them.

Thank you for your feedback. We’re glad to hear the AUX 12,000 BTU 25 SEER R-32 Mini Split is working properly. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience with the wiring harness and for the communication issue during your visit. In some cases, specific installation conditions or distance requirements can require additional materials, and we understand how that can be frustrating. We do have English-speaking staff available, and customers can always reach us at [email protected] for any questions or inquiries. We appreciate your business and the opportunity to improve your experience.
