I was hesitant but still bought it because of the 90 day return policy. Initial marketing showed a lot of results starting around the 60 day mark. Then it felt like a lot of the follow up emails talked more about 6-9 months before noticeable results. I haven’t seen results yet, so as im approaching my 90 day mark, I’m torn between asking for a refund vs buying another 3 months before noticeable supply.

What I appreciate the most is the email updates. Milestones on where I should be with this journey and the results im supposed to see.

It’s expensive

It works really fast and I’m super happy with the results! I’ve even recommended it to my friends. The only thing is, on the sides of my forehead (receding hairline), new hair started growing, but it’s not fully thick yet. Also, my son used one bottle for his thinning hair, but didn't see results yet. Overall, it’s been great for me

the distribution of the solution from the microneedling bottle is not consistent from the bottle. Sometimes nothing comes out for a long time And then an excess amount seems to pour out when you least expect it. My workaround is to just smear it all over my scalp once it does start coming out
