The order arrived promptly. One of the dispensing vials with the micro-needling part attached has a band of plastic around it and has been impossible to open. The serum seems to pool on my scalp quite a bit. After 10 weeks I don't see any significant results. I also don't know if I am on a subscription and not sure I want to be.

The product does not work. I got my money back but had to supply before and after photos before the refund. Make sure you take a photo at the start so you can claim a refund.

Ive been taking it for almost 90 days and dont see any improvement. Debating the money back guarantee. Thats my only issue buts its the most important one. Packages great. Timely delivery. I wish i had seen something positive.
