To clarify for you and for others reading this: the issue you experienced stemmed from a one-time problem with one of our logistics partners, which unfortunately caused a failed delivery attempt. Our products are dispatched through our trusted fulfilment partners, and this case was an isolated logistics error. We did process a full refund for your order weeks ago, and in addition, we sent you three bottles free of charge as a goodwill gesture to make up for the inconvenience. That’s why we are a bit surprised by your comment that nothing was received. From our side, we went above and beyond what most companies would do in this situation. As a small business, we genuinely appreciate honest feedback and always strive to improve.
