Complete scam
Complete scam. I placed my order and it never arrived. I’m located in Colombia. They do not provide real shipping information, and the tracking platform is not reliable at all. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE. I also requested a full refund, and they are not processing it.

Hey, shipments to Colombia can sometimes take 30+ days because customs and local delivery there can be slower than usual. The tracking will show all updates from the carrier.

Delivery
I initially had some issues with the delivery. Contacting Anna, who works at Peptonix, helped me resolve them easily. Now I just have to wait a few more days and everything will be sorted out. Thank you for your help, Anna.

Still haven't received my order its…
Still haven't received my order its been 3 weeks the order started out in grapevine tx and im in houston tx when I tracked it it departed and arrived in the same city grapevine starting to think I got scammed

So far so good
Product feels like it is well made. I have no complaints. Been using for 2 months and see some hairs popping up. Not sure if it will be enough to cover the whole area I’m hoping for, but encouraging so far.

Not looking for a refund or to rant
Not looking for a refund or to rant. I have been using the Peptonix microneedle infusion product for 6 months. I carefully followed the directions which were clear and concise. While I’m sure this works for some, it did not work for me. I did not experience any growth or improvement in existing hair. It wasn’t a horrible experience. The website was easy to navigate. Shipped and arrived in a timely manner. Card was charged the correct amount. Just no new hair.
