NEVERMIND they did not change my adress after they told me they did. My package has been on “on its way” since July 15th. I have not recieved my package.

This has been an absolutely horrible experience. 3 times now they have sent my order to the wrong address. All the way in another state, they asked me for the correct address 3 times I gave them the correct address 3 times. Now more than a month later, I still have not have received my order nor have I received a refund, nor have I been able to speak to a real person.

We sent your order three separate times at our own expense in an effort to make things right, which has been a significant cost for us as a small business. Unfortunately, USPS marked the delivery address as "unknown," so the parcels were returned due to an issue outside of our control. We also issued you a full refund, despite the multiple replacement shipments, because we wanted to resolve the situation fairly. We understand your frustration, but we do feel your review is unfair given the efforts we made to help. We genuinely tried our best to ensure you received your order, and we're sorry it didn't work out.

I used the serum regularly for six months plus. Initially, I saw positive effects, unfortunately the longer I used it; the more results halted and the condition of my hair worsened. I believe that may be down to a specific problem that the serum can't address. In fact, a sensitivity to topicals and hair multivitamins may indeed, for me, worsen quality of hair and density. Nevertheless, the customer service team were excellent, namely Anna and Jessica. I cancelled my subscription recently and Jessica kindly offered a refund on the last order I placed.

After using this product for 3 months, I didn't notice any hair regrowth. I contacted their support team and requested a refund. They requested before and after photos. When I sent the photos, they refunded my purchase with no hassle. Jessica, the support specialist, was very friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. I was skeptical, even when the new baby white hairs emerged. I was expecting them to die off but they kept growing and i had to get a hair cut instead. Its been a few months and i will buy more shampoo and peptides
