Although I’m only on my second round of…
Although I’m only on my second round of treatments, the product seems to be generating new hair growth. The orders have been processed and delivered on time. The only concern I have is the micro needling apparatus on the second delivery box we’re not working for a number of the products in the box to be specific the liquid was not being dispensed from the needles. So I’ve had to reuse the few that are working as well as Sanitize and using the micro needles from the prior box. Overall, the experience has been good and it seems to be working.

For the serum dispensing issue, try loosening the needle head slightly, then hold the device upside down and press it repeatedly against a clean paper towel. Pump it quickly several times until the serum starts dispensing easily. Thank you again for your trust, patience, and for sharing your honest experience.
