Amy and exemplary customer service
I haven’t been able to start it yet but I’m happy to rate the customer service as exemplary. Amy, was incredibly sympathetic and helpful with my initial questions and each time I communicated, responded within hours. That is very reassuring from a business - especially with current trends where scamming is ever present. So a big thank you from me!

Tengo ya siete meses usando Peptonix. Los primeros tres meses vi que comenzó a salir cabello en las zonas donde ya no había nada, es decir, ya estaba calvo, y en ese tiempo creo que el proceso fue rápido. Después de los tres meses ha sido lento el proceso pero veo que sí me está saliendo más cabellos finitos, aunque muy lento, en las zonas menos pobladas. He notado que el cabello que sale nuevo y muy finito, se termina cayendo, no sé si esto sea normal o el producto no me está funcionando como debiera. Terminé ya el séptimo mes de aplicar el producto y lo seguiré usando para ver si logro que me salga más cabello, pero me preocupa que me sale y se me cae.

I used the product for three months…
I used the product for three months applied accordingly to the areas that i wanted to see growth. I asked my hairdresser if they could see any new growth on my crown and he said that there was some tiny hairs but nothing that indicated any considerable new growth. I also combined my hair treatment with red LED cap which i wore on the odd occasions for a week at a time which was supposed to to stimulate blood flow to the hair folicle. Not sure if another 3-6 months will yield any improvement. Side affects at the beginning were slight headaches during the micro needling. For the money not sure if i will continue with Peptonix. Been using for 3 months - no results.
Been using for 3 months. Perfectly on schedule. Don’t even notice minimal results - no baby hairs, no change in thickness. Some people are saying it could take longer so I just ordered one more 3-month supply. Will continue to use it on schedule and delete this review if I see any improvement.

The customer service has been excellent…
The customer service has been excellent which has really helped build faith in who I am dealing with. I started using the serum around April and 4 months there is new growth. My area of no hair is on the crown & approx 2in x 3 so will take time to fully cover but seeing new hairs has. Built my faith in the product. I believe in another 6 mo the I could be seeing really impressive results. Rob
