Very good delivery and service overall - am new to the product but quite hopeful in terms of results - too early to tell but it's not too difficult to apply and instructions are clear.

Great delivery service and presentation along with communication. However I have not seen any difference in hair growth so in total experience I would give it 3/5

Timely shipping, good product, thoughtful follow up

I have been using this for 4 monuns now and there is no difference and not new growth or fuzz. The worst part are the applicators. None of them work the same. They either just come out aupee fast or its a slow easy to use amount. None of them work the same. I feel like i have wasted most if the serum as it just runs our of the botrlw abd down your scalp abd face. Thats with the tops on. They say to leave it alightky lose but its just poor quality.
