It’s not always as straightforward as standard retail, and we do run into limitations with traditional credit card processors from time to time. It’s something we actively work on every day to improve and make as smooth as possible for our customers. That said, our priority is always making sure our customers are taken care of. If a payment ever goes through or there’s any issue at all, we stand behind every order and will always do everything we can to make it right.
