Regarding the vial with the metal seal, some of our vials use a tear-off aluminum cap design that includes an arrow indicating the proper removal method. If the metal portion is pulled upward instead of following the tear-off direction, it can sometimes appear as though the seal was not properly crimped when in fact it is a different style of closure. We understand this can be confusing if you have not encountered this type of vial before. As for the material remaining at the bottom of the vial, in some cases this can occur if insufficient diluent is added or if the vacuum inside the vial is not first equalized, which may prevent the contents from fully dissolving. Gently allowing air into the vial before adding diluent and ensuring an adequate volume is used often resolves this issue. We would also like to mention that we have searched our records and were unable to locate any email, phone call, or support request associated with this concern.
