First placed order from sister website and told if I wanted to change model of same series hot tub the wait list would be 16 weeks. Placed order on this website and showed in stock and shipped within 7 days. Both charges were from same company ( merchant Id), charged me $100 for cancelled order with same company. After all this I received the hot tub and the zipper is split on the cover, now I'm dealing to get this fixed.

Buyer beware!! Purchased a NEW spa from Clearwater Pool and Spa and it arrived damaged and missing contents. Clearwater Pool and Spa immediately referred me to the manufacture washing their hands of any responsibility. 5 months later, I still have no resolution and the manufacture Dreammaker Spas has referred me back to Clearwater as they are the ones whom hired the shipping company. As other reviewers have posted, Shannon Wilson the Sales Manager and Owner Eric Neel will avoid you and and responsibility at all costs. Further, your card will be charged immediately which is a loop hole for them for any disputes as the spa ships well after the 180 day dispute window. Look else where and save yourself the headaches myself and others have posted about. UPDATE: Clearwater Pool and Spa has offered to replace the spa (5 months later) with a different color and an additional 16-18 week delivery time. However, I am responsible for having the spa repackaged and placed in the driveway at my expense of $1125. I hope this review prevents others from experiencing the same frustrations and lack of customer service from Clearwater Pool and Spa. Other reviewers have had great experiences but if you have a problem or your spa arrives damaged this is what you have to look forward to, every negative review has a similar outcome with Clearwater Pool and Spa not taking responsibility for actions on their end. Even more discouraging is Eric Neel's claim to be a devout Christian and driven by Faith, clearly that isn't the case when it comes to his business or he would take responsibility for selling damaged goods to honest paying customers. Look elsewhere even if it costs more money, you will end up paying way more in the end if you choose to use Clearwater Pool and Spa.

Placed an order 12/6/2020 was given an expected delivery date of 20 weeks 4/19/2021. I went to their website and had a chat session with customer service and was told it was due to COVID delays but would ship 5/19/21, nope. Another chat session and I’m now told 6/7/21 , this is starting to feel like a legal scam in the fact they say oh sorry we will give you a refund but have to hold 3% for processing fees. What processing , no hot tub, no order updates, no communication on delays and no refund on all the time and money I’ve spent setting up for a hot tub I’ll never receive.

I understand theres a pandemic Wish i had read these reviews before purchasing Its been over 3 months since the order was placed The phone # they give is a recording Theres no one to talk too Cant find an email address Peoplelikeclearwater?? Who are these people? Not this person Come on PLC you can do better ... Better communication with your customers is key

I ordered some Bioguard pool chemicals. After over 4 weeks I cancelled the order. Each time I inquired about my order I got a standard reply that “it should ship within 14 days.” Two weeks is already way to long for a standard, off-thexshelf chemical order. I should have cancelled as soon as I was told the 14 days.

Spa finally showed up two months late. Zero communication on their part. I had to call each time. It took dozens of calls to get a person. Once it showed up the cover clips and chemicals were missing. All these people want is your money. They claim to not have the bandwidth to communicate with their customers about back orders but they have no problem sending them continuous advertising on other products to purchase. Back orders happen, but don’t tell me there is “nothing you can do,” because there certainly is. Simply communicate with your customers. Most people are reasonable. Buyer beware.

Doesn’t deserve one star! Still waiting no email can’t get hold of them feeling scam good thing I have good lawyers!

Update 7/14/2020- Still nothing. No response to my emails and no updates on an expected ship date on my order that was paid for on 5/21/2020. Extremely upsetting and disappointing, starting to wonder if I have been scammed out of over $3000. and if I will ever actually receive my hot tub. Not to mention the money that has been spent preparing for the hot tubs arrival, deck is built, steps, cover holder, chemicals, and lighting. Everything BUT the hot tub. I will update my review if and when I ever receive the product I purchased based on its quality. Here's to praying they redeem themselves for the horrible lack of customer service.
