We really like our hot tub. It arrived sooner than we expected and runs great. The only challenge we had was the hard wire connection inside the hot tub electrical box (not the one we added) has the wires entering into the box requiring an immediate 90° angle to connect to the terminal. Since we added a 240W, 50 Amp connection, the gage of the wire required was quite large and that 90° turn added over an hour of time to the install to get it done. I would like to recommend modifying the electrical/mechanical box to have a straight path to the connection. It would make the install much faster and simpler. Also, having never had a hot tub before, we would have enjoyed more info on required maintenance & upkeep. We figured all this out and are now enjoying our hot tub immensely. Would highly recommend it to others.

Ordering and shipping response from Clearwater was great. Really like the hot tub. Delivery service was not as advertised, issues there. We were supposed to be contacted by shipper (Estes) and set up a delivery time/day. Estes notified us on a Friday that hot tub was out for delivery without giving us notice or setting up appointment. We had not planned for this so had made other plans for that day. Had to scramble to get delivery stopped. Following Monday arranged with Estes to have HT delivered following Tuesday between 9-3pm. Tuesday no delivery and no contact from Estes. Called late in afternoon and Estes had no clue what happened. Online tracking was not accurate or helpful. I setup to have Hot tub delivered next day, driver was very helpful.

For me, it was a simple and convenient advantage. Since I have visited your website, you are awesome, but your customer service is not good.

We ordered our AquaRest Premium 600 6 person hot tub, which we upgraded to the 240 volt, on May 26th. When we placed the order, the website said that due to COVID-19 it could take 10-12 for delivery. Within a week of placing the order, the website showed a jump to 16-18 week delivery time on new orders. At the 10 week mark, I sent an email inquiring as to the possible ship date on the spa and my e-mail was promptly answered. I was told once they had a ship date from the factory, they would let us know. I inquired again at the 14 week and I received a shipping date of September 18. A couple of weeks later, I checked again on ship date and was told they had no indication that the hot tub wouldn’t ship on time. On Tuesday September 21, we received the e-mail that it had shipped and was actually projected to deliver that coming Friday. Due to being out of the shipping company’s deliver area, it was transferred to another delivery company and our spa was delivered Monday September 28. It is up and running and it is beautiful! It’s a well made spa and it was worth the wait! When I originally chose this hot tub, I based my choice on the pre-COVID rating the hot tubs and the company ClearWater received. I also based it on the standard that the company believes that lasting connections with their customers is at the heart of what makes their business successful. But the thing that impressed me most was that Jesus Christ is the foundation on which their success is built and they measure themselves by Philippians 2:3-4 – “Do nothing out of selfish ambition or vain conceit. Rather, in humility value others above yourselves, not looking to your own interests but each of you to the interests of the others.” (NIV) It takes courage to advertise such standards, knowing they answer first to Jesus. That is what I based my decision on. I knew if I didn’t get my hot tub, Mr. Neel would have to answer to Him before he ever answered to me. Thank you for a beautiful hot tub! I pray that people extend grace to you and your company through these unprecedented times. I mean, if toilet paper was in short supply for months around the world and lumber has been hard to come by, what makes a hot tub any different? It was a long wait but it was worth it!

Love the hot tub, communication could be a bit better

Communicated pretty well start to finish. Love the spa. It is as advertised and was delivered in great condition. Cover was missing the tie down clips and they pointed me to the right contact and they are being sent.

Ordering was easy, but it took over a month to receive my spa(ordered 9/26/19 delivered 11/1/19). When i went back to check the site I saw they had a $100 drop in price. When i asked if they could change my price to match the change or send me products of equal value it was a no. As far as the hot tub I am using it with 110 plug and seems to work fine. Easy to move and is comfortable to sit in.

Only problem I had was I paid for a two horse pump and I only got a horse and a half
