For me, it was a simple and convenient advantage. Since I have visited your website, you are awesome, but your customer service is not good.

My review is a 3 overall being a mix of great and not so great. The product itself is really good, I would really recommend the Daydream 4500. However, the journey to being able to sit in it has been a long and pretty painful one. The product is great, well made, nice looking and gets nicely hot. The Jets aren’t super powerful on 110v but fine for my needs and I may consider the conversion for a bit more juice at some point. The company clearly bit off more than it could chew during Covid, coupled with they seem to outsource everything to the manufacturer. So whilst the clearwater customer service (Mindy particularly) are great and do what they can, the manufacturers are unresponsive, no shipping updates, missed items, no out of stock communication and are generally of little help. I managed to find the CEOs email (see earlier reviews) which helped a bit. The Covid excuse is only valid up to a point, it is clear the company chased the dollars and took orders when it was already overwhelmed rather than taking a hold to get on top of things and are paying the price now. I can 100% recommend the spa but not the company in its current state. I would highly recommend holding off ordering until you see the recent reviews go back to positive, otherwise you are likely setting yourself up for frustration!

The hot tub’s door to get into the cord and pump is closed with screws that were very difficult to get unscrewed and then have to re screwed to close it. No easy access. Not a good design. We had missing parts on the cover.

Quality of spa seems quite poor to me. It's not very well insulated. Lots of large gaps in the spray-foam insulation. Also, the access panel is held in place by screws that will eventually strip out. They should have opted for bolts with threaded inserts. This panel needs to be removed each time the spa is drained. The other thing that bothers me is the power cord can only be routed out the front side of the spa...making it visible to everyone. Why wouldn't they at least have given the option to route the wiring out the back side...like virtually every other major appliance in the world. The spa surface texture is a little rough for me, but maybe some people prefer that. This sums up my initial evaluation. I haven't owned it very long yet. Also, the shipping coordination was very poor. I had to continually contact the shipper, after being transferred to about 4 different telephone numbers. Good Luck.

Customer service was just okay. The hot tub shipped from the manufacturer, which is fine, but the freight service they used was atrocious and made the whole experience painful. The retailer should be responsible for providing a satisfactory customer experience and I had to call repeatedly to get someone to help me figure out the shipping issues.

Delivery was great, The Jet's in the Spa are very weak, and the seating is not great

I had no problem with the company, but the delivery company they use was very difficult. my spa was to be delivered on Feb 12th. No contact from the company so I called the number on the e-mail that said my spa was on it's way.I called the number given and was given 5 different phone numbers and transferred around. One number told me they didn't have the spa it was given to a different company. Called Clearwater and the checked the shipment gave me the same numbers I had. Finally on Feb 27th we received a call said the delivery would be next day between 10 and 2 got a call saying the driver was running late, around 3:30 and truck came down my drive and told my husband they were here for the pick-up. The spa was finally delivered after another phone call and e-mail to clearwater. I hope they check into their transport people.

All was good initially. Until there was an issue, then I had to get in touch with the manufacturer. The manufacturer, said they get it from another company - I would have to contact them directly. This was 10 months after purchase. I am still irritated with ALL of them. I only purchased from Clearwater Pool & Spa, Manchester Tennessee. The issue was regarding the 'Upgrade'. It is really tough to recommend.
